All records are retained for a minimum of 5 years unless otherwise specifically requested by the customer.

Our team of experienced professionals delivers timely and cost effective solutions to the most demanding of optical needs. We have built our reputation on our ability to meet or exceed our customer’s specifications in processing optical components from synthetic sapphire and other hard optical materials. Guild Optical Associates Return and Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us with the reasoning and return the items to Guild Optics using an RMA # provided by us.
We ask that you inspect your items within 30 days of receipt. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the invoice.
